free shuttle bus mumbai airport

hi can anyone tell me if you can use the free shuttle bus laid on by jet airlines to shuttle you from the international airport to the domestic airport even if you havent got a connecting jet ticket or is there a airport shuttle bus laid on by mumbai airport any info about landing in mumbai airport and transfering to the domestic terminal would be gratefully received by a little bit terrified mumbai airports virgin
Shuttle bus is free for everyone who has a transfer... it's quite a good airport really, i had to wait about 15 mins this time for the bus but except for that everything was fine....
hi rob thanks for your reply is the shuttle bus outside of the airport also are there many signs in english directing you inside the airport ,we are just a little anxious about the mumbai leg of the journey many thanks for any advice you might be able to offer
