I'm a little wary of organisations like this.

2 years ago we booked through an intermediary. The proprietor had a stroke before paying for our holiday. Luckily, Panikos honoured the booking and did not expect us to pay again. He has still not been paid, even though it has been acknowledged that we had paid for the holiday.
The ATOL backing is a good sign, though!

I now book direct with the owners.
Panikos has become more than just an acquaintance.

I wouldn't worry about Durmast Travel. We have used them several times in the past and have always found them excellent - very friendly and helpful without being pushy! We usually go to Pissouri for our holidays and have had some lovely villas through them and they are quite well known by the locals in the village.
