call me cynical but i don't reckon much of this will be spent on improving sewage, irrigation etc...hell of a lot of money by indian standards

Text from Ganesh shack says licence granted and they are on the beach clearing the usual area,should be up and running in 3 or 4 days. Will post later about other shacks that are being built.
