We just got back from Costa Teguise last week and as coincidence would have it our Thomson rep turned out to be the same one we had in Corfu earlier in the year.
Anyway, we got chatting and he mentioned that as of Thursday last week, Thomson were going to stop selling the Water Park due to six people coming down ill after visiting it. Apparently not all of the features in the park are open either. He said they were going to recommend to other operators to stop selling it also, whether or not they heed the advice is another issue though.
Hence, if you are off to Costa Teguise shortly you may want to think twice before going to the water park.
By the way, if any of you are going to stay in the Oasis Lanz then you shouldn't be disappointed, very nice appartments and well kept complex. Costa Teguise isn't half bad either. Try the Monkfish and King Praw Kebabs from Lani's, very good.

Plumbblonde, the post about people being ill was last November! I have heard nothing about this at all, and as Ole says, what with?
mad sue I know it was last November I just wanted to make sure that any issues had now been resolved. I have no idea "what with" as the original post did not give details but there are several different illnesses one can get from swimming pools. Perhaps you should ask ChrisJ?
My question about "what with" was not necessarily directed at you plumbblonde, just open for anyone to answer, if they have heard anything.
