i have just recieved a letter this morning that my holiday flight from birmingham to antalya on the 24 april 2007 going to the hemera with thomas cookhas been changed to manchester. has anyone else had their flights changed like this and is their anything that can be done about this. in the way of claiming for some kind of compensation. also last year we flew from manchester and the plane stopped at birmingham to drop people of a real pain. can i ask for a letter stating that they will not do the same again.

this happened a lot last year ,looks like it going to be the same this year , its a bit of a hassle but not a lot can be done about it .

we have just received notification that our flight has changed also,but we are over the moon with our's,our flight home will now be 24 hrs later,one more day in turkey and even better news,the hotel's not charging us any extra,

thomas cook did this to us in april this year, changed our holiday by a week so we cancelled and rebooked a diy ourselves which worked out better

Hi, same thing happened to us earlier this year, but as it happened it turned out better for us in the end
