I want to pay about £30 max in a taxi to a resort.

Not possible from Girona Airport unless you stay in Girona itself to go to any of the nearest resorts will cost you between £40/50 I know I live here.

I want a nice place to stay , double bed near foody places and lots of bars.

I dont mind if its an apartment/hotel or private rental my budget is £150

question- is girona near sitges?

No sorry at least 2 hours away by car. In fact it is the south side of Barcelona.

we went to malgrat in september had a smashing week at the maripins hotel malgrat read reviews we went with medhotels ad paid about 90£ full board for 2 of us we flew to gerona and used giro transfers for the transport to malgrat they were waiting for us at the airport when we landed we booked by email and giro trasnsfers sent us a quote back you pay the driver when youget on hope this helps
