could anyone tell me what timescale we have to complain, i put in writing to the travel company on return from my holiday and received a reply within 6weeks from them with a voucher. i contact Ros, the solicitor and unfortunatley had personal problems so totallly forgot to send all correct papers to Ros, can anyone tell me if i have to act within a certain timescale pleeease.

It will depend on when you travelled on your holiday - if it was within the last say 30 months then it should be fine. Ros is out of the office until Jan 8th so give them a call after this date and have a chat.
