Have you tried thomsonfly? if you click build your own holiday, eg, flight & hotel, it does leave from Glasgow and to the hotel you wanted in Luxor.

A B&B package with Longwood holidays at this time is £599-625 in their brochure (less if you go very end of March. At the moment they may have an early booking offer with about 5% off.

Typically someone like Jetline can undercut these prices - I got a package with brochure price of £815pp for £679pp this week, at a different resort. Best deals come by phoning them, rather than using their internet booking facility.

This would be Gatwick unfortunately.

I have also had a quick look for you and it seems that no-one flies from Glasgow to Luxor, the Thomson website does allow you to put the details in but once you search it comes back saying no results.

Not getting into 'build your own', would either like Easter or possibly October school holiday, round abut 15 October... stopped smoking recently and saving what I would normally spend and it would be nice to have an extra holiday to show for it!
