i would stay in playa den bossa.nice and flat not to rowdy.nice bars for the teens and you to enjoy.not far from airport.so dont pay for transfers unless its thrown in.depends wether your going hotel or s/c.not far from ibiza town.you can walk it, also from there its only 35 mins max bus to get to san an.nice day or night out.best beach on island.well bigest anyway, sal rossa apts are nice.right on beach front.airtours go there.nice rooms good cooked food.nice place for basecamp..if not it as to be a fiesta hotel.pdb is compact not far from bars pool beach shops ect.saying that the bay in san an is nice as a 2nd choice..cala longa is too quite.es cana is nice but way out.so i would either go for pbd or the bay, myself 1st timers i would go pdb.check ibizaspotlight for more info and maps ect.i help a lot on that site.been going to ibiza since 82,so any more info you need.you ask me ok.best to try and get some prices 1st from all the tour opp.ie how long ect...14 nights is nice but will it be too long.7 is nice but sometimes not not enough.and what time off year are you thinking off,

keep teenagers occupied and as I said they are near enough San An to go if they feel like it.
thanks for your replies - but still need a little bit more help - good apartments with teenager friendly - would san antonio bay - better than playa den bossa
We have been 4 times in the last 5 years,we have taken the kids from the age of 15.We went last year when my daughter was 15 and are going again this year when she is taking 2 friends. We feel safe letting her out as the resort is only small and you can be anywhere within 5 minutes.
Lots of teenagers go to Charlies bar at night where there is live entertainment followed by a disco until very late.
We have never been to apartments in Es Cana as we always go in a hotel,I can recommend the Caribe if you want a good family hotel 2 minutes from the beach and bars. There aren't a lot of apartment complexes of grat size apart from the Miami apts.We like hotels as there are always loads of teenagers around for the kids to mix with and enjoy their holiday.
Any more advice just ask.
I'd agree with Wayne - Es Cana is great if you want to give your teenagers free reign but know that they are also nearby, without far to walk home.
Wherever you go it is also worth getting around the Island to check out other resorts.
This is what we did and found Es Cana - and have returned there to stay 3 times.
ok its fine there cause you cannot get lost.i mean end of the road and thats it...pbd san an..at least you can walk to ibizatown and westend area.i would say more teens would be in pdb than es cana
Hi I would recommend San Antonio Bay with 2 15 year olds. It is not wild as is San Antonio West End area, (not nightclubs etc) But there are plent of bars and entertainment to be had. Also There is a great beach. They could quire easily walk out during the evening along the main street without adults, obviously is they are sensible, maybe meet you later in a bar or restaurant. But it is not an old fogies resort either.
