Hi There everyone.
I'm off to Florida for 19 nights end of June/July. I'm staying on international drive near sea world and I am intending only to have a hire car for a week to get to disney. Hotel also has shuttle bus to disney and I will use lynx buses when necessary.
However, I fancy staying a couple of nights at disney so that we can stay late to watch fireworks and go to downtown disney.
I have bought 14 ultimate disney passes.
Question:-
If I am staying at a disney hotel for 3 nights will I be able to get extra hours at the park (on these 3 days after checkin) with the ultimate passes. What type of resort ID pass are you issued with? Are you issued with these even when only staying a few days?
Also has anyone ever booked disney hotels via expedia?
Sorry for all the questions but I have tried finding out this type of info and want to make sure that I will get extra disney hours before I book the hotels

you will definatly get extra magic hours for the 3 nights that you stay onsite.i beleive that your room key is used as your pass(but not sure if not buyind tickets from disney..if you dont get answers to all your questions try http://www.thedibb.co.uk excellent for specific disney questions.. mo
You might need to check if there is a minimum number of nights you can stay in a Disney hotel, I seem to recall that there is, but it may be 3 so you should be OK.
You get a credit card room key, which is also your access key to the parks. If you wish you can also use it as a charge card for items you buy in the parks to, they used to be transported back to your rooms so that you do not need to carry them about all day, but you need to double check if this arrangement still operates as its a few years since I've been.
