Not very good at the moment!! The one in M'sida valley seems to have a bag or something over it blocking the view and I never seem to be able to get a link with any of the other webcams!
Needs somebody like GozoMark or MalteseTrev to have a word ?
Trev
M'sida is on the mainland - my duties only extend as far as the territorial waters of Gozo
I emailed the office where the camera is sited this morning asking for them to clear it. Both emails were returned as undelivered (maybe because their box was full, who knows) so I then filled in an online form and yes, they have removed the obstacle. All back to normal.
if you need their site in the future it is http://www.kemmunet.net.mt/
They are very friendly and obliging. I have spoken to them on many occasion. On their home page there is a picture of the building where the camera is sited (top right window'ish)
HT mods please note. The link is for future use in case of camera problems. I am NOT advertising nor do I live in Malta
Morning Mark. It's snowing here
Here is a copy of email...>
Hi Allan
Thank you for your 2 emails re the above. The camera lens is now clear
again, and is pointing into the valley of sunshine this morning. I am sorry
for the inconvenience it caused.
We are pleased the cam is a source of interest to you, and to other people
around the world. It has been looking into the street for the past 10 years.
All the best.
Mike
Hello fallan, I oftern wondered why this web cam was of this street when there are so many great views of Malta to focus on, thanks to you I now know why.

Has Mark missed this one or has he posted it and I have missed it??
Also it is well worth clicking on the 'home' button. There are some very interesting 'experiences' to be had on Gozo. I am considering the 'taste and preparation of natural Gozo food' and the 'wine making' day's.
Roll on February
I'm not sure if I have posted it, but I've been on the cheese making day, and it was 10/10
It looks a bit gloomy on that cam, is it live??
Can you remember the costs (average) of these days activities??
You should not have said the word 'cheese'. I will have to go raid my fridge now and eat the LAST 2 peppered Gozo cheeses I brought back in September
Have a good day Mark
Allan
yes rather overcast today. Cost of cheese day was about Lm 8, including lunch - a real bargain !
Hi Mark, is "cheese day" a Gozitan National holiday ?, if so the uk should adopt this type of thing, we could have pie day, bitter day, or even Robin Day, Mervyn Day, Doris Day, or Doo Dah Doo Dah Day.
Yes Mark, and not forgetting happy birth-day / a long hard-day / a real holi-day / a bad hair-day / or the Kinks song Till the end of the-day.
