It certainly does. I have a hard shell on which I prefer to use to bring back bottles of spirits etc which is quite heavy. The plus side is it can take plenty of knocks.
I HAVE A HARD SHELL ONE AND IN THE MIDDLE OF CLAIMING FOR A NEW ONE AS IT GOT SMASHED ON ITS FIRST TRIP
Was it a hard shell one Ray, or a polycarbonate one ???? I've seen a few of them ripped open.
Thanks. i'll tell the wife.
bought 2 on the Friday, flight on the Monday, back 2 weeks later and what a state it was in.
I would second Robbie's remarks. We bought a set of Delsey luggage-must be about 15 years ago now- and, though they're scratched and marked and look 15 years old, they are as sound as the day we bought them.
I have had two Delsey suitcases for years.
