I had the same problem. Was sent a £100 off from First Choice going to Cyprus, got their brochure, trawled through, picked the hotel (in Ayia Napa), went to book - no chance - no such holiday from Northern Ireland, although in the back of the brochure it distinctly has flights flying from Belfast. Apparently they don't exist. Talk about disappointed.
If it does not then complain to Trading Standards and the ASA ( Advertisement Standards Authority )
They are required to make it clear if any such restrictions apply.

Hi. No, it doesn't say in the advert, but then so many deals on the internet when clicked on seem to be from every England and Wales airport. I know all our holidays are dearer from Scotland and if it were not for the inconvenience we would save by travelling down to Manchester. Of course I am one who gets annoyed but does nothing about it especially as I live in a place where there is only one travel agents - - Thomas Cook, so would not like to get in their black books. Och well, such is life!
digby, don't include Wales in that. Whenever I go to Cyprus I normally go from Heathrow as flights from Cardiff are normally about £350. I can normally get a flight from Heathrow for about £170-£200.
Sorry, Cardiff lad. Time all of us from the Celtic nations started an uprise. Sorry to all our English neighbours, but really for flights we really do get ripped off. The worst company of all are B.A., to get a flight from Glasgow to my home takes 45 minutes and for that we get charged £300+ return. We pay as much for a single fare. Could have a holiday in the sun almost for the price.
