Hi Spadge, i went to Egypt last autumn and took 3 wine boxes on board which i had purchased in the duty free shop.
You sure need some as theirs is not good.
Can we actually take wine boxes now, or do they have to be bought after check-in in the duty free shop? Does anyone know what the cost is of a wine box is in duty free at the mo?
I don't know what its like flying from manchester, but when i flew from london about 3 weeks ago, no liquids were allowed past security into the duty free area, but could be bought once you got through, so yes i would say you can buy your wine once you are in duty free.
£10.50 a box when we went through Manchester terminal 2 in October.
