We are due to fly on Friday 9th Feb and have not received our flight tickets.Last year they arrived a week prior to departure which was fine, but with only 4 days to go,its cutting it a bit fine now.
I have spoken to our agent who is now chasing the airline,I telephoned the airline who said I should be talking to my agent.
Is this normal for tickets to be issued so close to the departure date and what happens if there's a spelling mistake or incorrect details on the tickets.
The airline that we use have always provided an excellent service so I guess this is an admin issue, but its funny how fast they were in telling us they wanted an extra £40 for the green tax.
We paid for the holiday and flight months ago,so what is the cause of the delay..........
Could it be a ticketless airline? in which case you just need your booking confirmation. We never get tickets.
Who are you flying with, is it a low cost no frills airline, is it a holiday airline (charter) or a scheduled ailine.
All sorted now.
Flight information arrived the other day.
Just hope the weather for Friday is OK.
If its not one thing its something else
