Is the weather Good, Bad or Indifferent ?
I've checked the weather page but had conflicting reports & for once would we better trying Paphos as oppose to Ayia Napa for slightly better weather ?..............Fed up of the Canaries so fancy a change to Cyprus (although I'll be their in July & Sept anyway )
Thanks
I have actually sunbathed in Ayia Napa in March.
There's little difference between the east & west coasts - it only takes an hour and a half to drive from one end of the island to the other.
Cheers,
Nigel
make sure you take a jacket or cardi for the evening it can get quite cool at night at this time.
Its still not very warm in April.
Spoke to a couple of Cypriot friends over the weekend who live in Avgorou and they advised against Ayia Napa as it will be too cool for us.
Thanks again
Stastically, there is very little difference in the "highs" between Cyprus and Tenerife in April. Its the"lows", at night, where the difference is.
We go on may 16th. Will we still need a cardi or jacket for the evenings ?
Been to Lanzarote and Teneriffe in April and found it to be just as cold on the night as Cyprus and the day time weather was much better in Cyprus my husband even got sunburnt in March in Cyprus. The locals think its cold at that time of the year but for us it was lovely
