Just booked for 7 nights at Rio Park on 1st May (my birthday!). Total cost was £114 including flight. What a bargain, would never have seen it if it wasn't for Holiday Truths.
Thanks again

Thanks Kevin.
I am going from the 1st May till 8th May. If you go through to checkout for accommodation it lets you search for the flight too. Flight was £79 return from Coventry airport.
What a bargain, works out to around £300 ieach in Thomson brochure. You can also fly from Birmingham for an extra £40
Cheers

We arrive on the 8th for 2wks.
Booked this yesterday evening, but still haven't got a confirmation email. How long did anyone else wait for confirmation?
Hope you hear from them soon. Can you not email them to say that you haven't received one.
Sue
I'm hoping it's because I booked after the call centre had closed. I did phone them earlier and got a recorded message. It's open 9 am to 6 pm and closed on Sundays, so I will try again tomorrow.
Keep your fingers crossed for me.
I just had a look and it wants 628, you lucky peeps
Have found it, still on for 70 pounds for Rio park
I suggest anyone who has not received their confirmation to call and check but it should be ok

Would'nt worry with Thomsons, always had excellant service from them, It's a great deal you got Sarah, I put it up last night but adding flights, transfers, insurance, seats together and meals on board it totalled 414 from manchester, which is still good as doing it with them as a package would be just over 700 for two people, was tempted but hubby can't get may off
Aah we never have the inflight meal or book seats together so that has kept ours down. Never have their insurance either as its so expensive, you can get insurance for around £8 for the week elsewhere.
I have noticed that the Rio Park has gone up slightly now too, only around £15 but all the same its moving up!
Sarah
I booked mine on Saturday and have not received confirmation e-mail either. I checked with my bank this morning and the payment has been taken. I contacted Thomsons this morning and they are sending confirmation through post now. Must have been something wrong with their system for e-mails on Saturday.

I have booked the Ambassador for Saturday-Sunday but didn't receive a confirmation email. I rang Thomsons and was told that I didn't need one, the booking reference was suffice and that was the confirmation but a few days earlier, I booked something else and was sent an email and the paper work that I have does say that you will shortly receive an email . Has anyone else been told this? I might ask about it at the Thomson desk at the airport in the morning.
Sue
and I received an e-mail immediately, is this the only confirmation I get please? Do we take a copy to the airport or will we get tickets?
Thank you for any info.
Regards Sue
ps I usually book package holidays.
Hi Sue, if you look at your booking reference sheet, it should say £15.00 for late ticket pickup or words to that effect so I think that you get tickets at the airport but not 100% sure. I won't get tickets as I've only booked accomodation only.
I called Thomson and was told they are having problems with email confirmations. The man said that I should have no problems at all since I copied the confirmation page. I hope he's right!!

I hope he's right too but you putting this on the forum has reassured me a little, thanks Pebbles.
