We were on the My Travel flight leaving Goa on 14th January, which was delayed by 24 hours. We missed our connection to Edinburgh and had to pay another £85.50 each. We also had to pay for another night in the hotel at Gatwick. After a huge battle with My Travel they have agreed to pay us our additional expenses. The alternative for them would have been the Small Claims Court, which they seemed to want to avoid. If you are in the same boat keep at them. We will get our £231 back, which I am sure my wife would rather spend in a jeweller when we go back tomorrow. Not Chandras though!
