I haven't actually been inside but I understand that it's very nice. There was a huge programme of refurbishment a year or so ago and they spent an awful lot of money upgrading it.

Please could someone tell me how far this hotel is from the centre of the resort? I have heard conflicting reports, is it walking distance?

Also any other information on the hotel would be lovely e.g what is the pool like, meals, spa and beach.

Hi, I am looking to take my mum to the Marinas de Nerja Beach & Spa hotel just for a week in September.

Would anyone be able to tell me if they have stayed here and what that think. Also is there plenty to see and do around this area, obviously not night clubs as with me mum!!
