can any one tell me if i can get in the chat roon from the main page i am having to in into help and assistance as the logo for the chat room only comes on there the logo is between the search and profile but on the main page i dont have it

did 15 posts and was in the chat room tried to get back in but was told i needed 15 posts which i had already done now my profile says ive done 14 should be 15 if this one counts cant understand why it did that
