Thanks Sue.That is the same sofa bed we had in our apartment last year and it was not suitable even for our children,extremely uncomfortable.How on earth do they expect adults to sleep on these contraptions!

Unless they are showing the photo of a typical 1 or 2 bedded apartment and not a studio but I doubt it, I reckon that's what you get to sleep on.

In the one bedroomed apartments, are they supposed to sleep up to 4 because if they are and you've stayed in one then for sure, the sofas meant for 2.

Sorry Sue,i meant i have stayed in apartments with this type of sofa bed,not stayed in las damas before.I have been informed though from one of the agents that most apartments do not have sofa beds as we do here thay have what they call tourist beds apparently.
Think i better look for somewhere else.

The Spanish site is coming up with the same photo's for the studios and describing it as "sofa-cama doble"...a double sofa bed here

But there are 1 bed apartments in the block

I wasn't aware that there were 1 bed apts in this block,every site i have checked have only offered studios,and with these kind of sofa beds they are totally unsuitable.

I own an apartment in Las Damas, which I have rented on a one-year basis. The block is mostly studios, although the side ones are 1-bedrooms.

Saying that, a lot of the studios have had a bedroom built into the flat, reducing the space- keep in mind they are only about 38m squared.

Ideal for a couple- too small for more than that.

In the last year, Las Damas have continued with more refurbishment, with a new swimming pool, fountain, etc. Next plan is to redo the parking area.

Can anyone tell me anything about these apartments. We have book for October in a corner one on the 7th floor looking towards the old town. We were unable to look in it so took the chance as it was quite a lot cheaper than were we usually stay.
