Heated pools and taxi transfers?

Hi

I am off to PDC on Sunday and as our apt does not have an heated pool is it possible to use another hotels heated pool if we buy drinks ect? and if it is can anyone help me find one near to the Oasis apartments please.

Also, how much should we be expecting to pay for a taxi from the airport to PDC? just so the taxi drivers don't try it on

very few of the pools on the island are heated, some have solar heating but most don't have much, so you'll have to grin and bear it I think unless you're lucky! Taxi-Wise to PDC expect 8-10 euros as a rule and We've never found an unreasonable one as all are metered so you can see how much it is costing

Heated Pool

Its a few years since we were there but we used to go to the Hotel Jameos Playa which is the Matagorda end of PDC. The pool was lovely and warm and no-one seemed to mind us being there. We were staying in the main resort of PDC but went up there anyway to swin and have lunch and often went back in the evening as our little girl liked their mini disco!
