I haven't heard of ulookubook and don't recall them being mentioned much on the site. But Travel Republic is mentioned frequently and you should be able to find hundreds of posts about them throughout the site via Search. There are also topics specifically about them in this forum and in DIY:

Hi katiesmum, Booked and been with travel republic. It was just accomodation through travel republic. Everything went smoothly. At the top of the hotel voucher was hotels4u. When checking in at the hotel everything was all in hand. Good luck.
