I lived at Sunpark for 2 years. It is fine. It used to be very quiet - i had the whole place to myself in the monsoons - but there is now building work going on around it, and Baga became too busy for me, so i moved out. As a resort it's very "low-key", the restaurant is a bit half hearted, and the service isn't great, but there are countless places to eat and drink nearby. The swimming pool is good and little used. If you want a (relatively) quiet place close to all the action in Baga then it is recommended.
