there is absolutely no point in taking food from the uk unless you are a food faddy, buy local cerial eggs bread milk no problems if you insist on heinz beans kellogg's corn flakes then expect to be stitched up.. in most of the buisier resorts taylored to Brits you dont have to worry because not far from you will be somewhere selling a full English od pizza or burgers
If your on an evening flight we used to take (in the case) a small jar of coffee or some tea bags, a few of those small boxes of cereal and a carton of uht milk so at least when we get up in the morning we can have something to eat and drink. I wouldn't bother with anything else as Benidorm has loads of shops selling English food and you are spoilt for places to eat out.
Thanks for that we arrive at midnight so will be using that tip!
