However, most of Virgins planes are very old and dated and a fair few of them (TV's) don't work - well they certainly haven't on the last couple of Virgin flights I've been on. When I moaned last year on the way to Vegas I was told there was nothing they could do as the flight was full - almost 11 hours of no entertainment, it almost drove me nuts!!
