no i don't book/pay for anything over the net..however over the last 5 years over half of our holidays [we take 3/4 per year] have been provided by either fleetway or their subsidiary phone & fly not had a problem to date,,, we are off to kos in may and paid 286 each for a week the same holiday hotel and flight through myt was over 600 each and thomson over 400 so we were well chuffed

my friend has just booked for egypt in august through these, but she done it over the phone and got a very good price which includes transfers.
if you give them a ring they should give you a direct line to the person you are dealing with.. hope this helps
