You normally can go in for evening entertainment etc - don't really know about kids clubs though as I would have thought the places would be used for paying guests.

Down near the beach there's the Hotel Cala Galdana which has outside (quite good family) entertainment that anyone can join in.

There's a courtyard area between some apartments, you can't miss it, I've watched some great entertainment there many nights.
