Go through the bar of the Bitacora and out of the glass doors at the back. Down the steps, immediately turn right and there's a cash machine.
problem with VISA when we were there due to breakdown.

As far as I know Link works the same as Maestro, which I think is the European equivalent of our Solo/Switch. I have used my Solo card, which is a Link card on many a machine in Tenerife that displays the Maestro logo.
