'Himself' is 50 this December and I was thinking of buying him a special present.
We have been to Goa for the past eight years as we love it so much. I am thinking of paying for him to go on a cooking holiday as he loves his curries so much (I will be chillin' out somewhere while he is learning).
There is a website called http://www.holidayonthemenu.com that has a holiday to Goa (staying as the Casa de Goa in Calangute).
Does anyone know of anyone who has used this company? If so, are they good? Are the courses excellent? What about the Casa de Goa?; I notice there is only one review.
I wont be attending the courses as himself doesn't like my cooking.
Apparently, not all food is meant to be crispy (everyone is a critic!).
