Please can anyone help me. I have heard that chewing gum is banned in Singapore. We are travelling there for 4 nights prior to going onto Kuala lumpur and Penang. I always have chewing gum with me and if it is banned am i still ok having it in my luggage for when i get to the other destinations.
Thanks
You will get a nasty fine and possible jail if you are seen spitting it on the pavement. Just like graffiti, it's anti-social littering.
Quite simply, pop it in a wrapper and chuck it in the bin! You can buy chewing gum all over Singapore.
Thanks for your reply,
