A full refund under Regulation 13 of the Package Holiday Regutions plus compensation.
The compensation bit can be problem, but is often specified in the booking conditions.
Not a very satisfactory answer I'm afraid, have they given you an explanation please?

I just had to cancel and have been refunded, I have just cried for about 1 hour, I really am so disapointed,

go on to our Indian Ocean forum and see if others can help you rebook or find a suitable alternative. Perhaps FC are not the only ones who go there. Don't give up on it!

thanks to you all for the advice, I have stopped crying now, I just been on a few websites and am going to try and re book for a later date with some one else, xxxx
