Azure sea, blue sky, scoarching weather, wide sandy beaches, palms, nice 4 star all inclusive hotel, fascinating people, tasty cuisine and beautiful surroundings..but please...no plants or animals that are lethal to humans - in one word...PARADISE. I want to go there!!!! Can anyone find me a place on earth like that?

Yes Helen but you forgot to mention the quaver eating gigantic lizard and other animals.
Don't worry Sonrisa - the lizard was eating quavers not people. There was some rather unusual wildlife, but nothing that bothered the holidaymakers. It was actually rather fascinating and all part of the scene. It certainly hasn't put me off returning.
I found Paradise back in the early 90's, then too many others found it & spoilt it

I'd forget the AI and go to Thailand..when eating outs so cheap and so good who needs AI.

Cannot remember the exact hotel we stayed in. All were of a very good standard (at least 5* UK equivelant).

Jamaica, just got back from there and it was fabulous!!
Stayed at the Riu Ocho Rios which was great, but there are loads of gorgeous places there to choose from that tick all the boxes
