Just wondering what our options are.
Received a letter today from Airtours stating that they have changed our flight times. We were meant to fly out of glasgow at 6.00am to Lanza in June now this has been changed to 5.10pm and the return flight has been changed to 10.00pm instead of an early morning flight (can't remember exact time at the mo).
Now this has really annoyed me as when we book and paid in full for the holiday in February we were offered to options for flights and specifically chose the early morning as opposed to the times they are now forcing on us.
I spent ages trying to get through on the phone only to be cut off!
Anybody know where we stand?

We were orignally due to fly at 13.15 on a Saturday and ours was changed to 7.00a.m on the Saturday I dont travel to well so purposely chose a later flight. It does state in terms and conditions when you book your holiday that times can and may change.
They did offer us the chance to change to another holiday though to the same value if we wanted to
This has happened to me with direct holidays, they should let you change holidays, if you can find something suitable! However there is no guarantee this won't happen on your next holiday.

I was told i can either change my holiday incurring no extra charge or can get a full refund
Off to see the travel agent in the morning to see what we can sort out.
