hey, i was just looking at booking a holiday for me adn my friends as we have just finished exams and want a relaxing holiday. i was wondering if malia had a good nightlife and if it doesnt then couldn anyone suggest any other greek (not just crete) resort with excellent nightlife.
also what are the drinking age limits adn age limits for nightclubs etc.

From what I have read Malia is one of the more lively resorts on the island.

You could also try Kavos in Corfu. Both Malia and Kavos are your typical 18-30 style resorts. My son went with a gang of friends last year (all between 19-24) and they had a ball.
as the new season starts and people are asking for malia etc.

i went to Malia in Crete in 2005 i was 17 & my mate 20, we had a fantastic holiday!!! nightlife was brill!!
Last year i went to Laganas in Zante , 13 of us went aged 18-20, was very similar to Malia brilliant nightlife. lots of good bars/clubs
Both are basically the same.....just one long strip, with loads of bars n club's on. You'll find you get lots of free drink/shots offer's from the PR's outside the bars. And both resorts have lots of bars playing a variety of music.
If you go to either of these I'm sure you'll love it
