I'm off to the Barut Lara on the 3rd of May and am obviously very interested in the developments you have had. I contacted Thomas Cook on Saturday to see if we, like yourselves, would be getting the super all inclusive (that we actually booked!!)
Thomas Cook have got back and said that they have no records of there being a change in the AI package at this hotel!!!!!
I don't suppose you still have your holiday reference do you so I can give them your details as this is blatantly a lie coz it has been going on with you since February.
I just want to go on hols knowing that I got what I'm paying for. The onyly reason we chose this hotel is because of the international brands!!

Just to put the record straight for others ( I have answered a PM to cat pearson,) the Barut Lara was not the hotel in question, that was our hotel last year.It was the Delphin Palace that we had to ask for trading standards help with and everything was sorted before travel, I did not want others reading the wrong information.
