hi everyone i would just like to post this message as a big thank you for all the help and advice i have recieved since joining h/t. i fly out early hours fri/ sat morning and thanks to everyone on here all my fears about a bad holiday have gone and i expect to have a wonderful time in portugal i still will be making a complaint to thomas cook for all the stress and worry they have put me through as until this morning i still didnt know if our tickets would be at the airport but after talking to laura our t/a this morning she has assured us all is well and everything is sorted finally.
i will post when i get back in two weeks to tell you all how our first holiday abroad went (especially as we are taking four teens a nightmare in itself i think lol) so from ladyt a huuuuuuuuuuuuuugeeeeeeeeee thanks xxxx
