Hi, About the Atay Apartments I myself have stayed there a couple of times now.
They are self catering apartments which are basic but nice and clean which is really all you need.
Michael is no longer there he works in Istanbul now. but his brother and his english wife are there running it now. They are a very nice friendly family and will certanily make you welcome.
The food in the resturant is lovley they do the best english breakfasts in marmaris and the service is good too. I will be returning later this year hopefully. I would recommend this place to anyone.
