Since they are at the "old enough to want their space but young enough to have to keep an eye on" age I would recommend you have a look at Constantinos the Great in Protaras.It's central,on the beach, not too big and the food is not too bad either.Protaras is an ideal resort for families as everything is in the one place and the beach is clean and safe.
