We (4 adults and 5 kids) are looking to go to ireland in August 07, but its not as straight forward as you would hope. Weve decided to get the ferry from wales but one of the adults can't stand water so she's decided to fly alone whilst we take our cars (2 in total). I believe the ferry docks at Wexford and the airport is in Cork?.
Our kids ages will be at this time of year 13, 11, 2 @ 4 and one 8 months.
The husbands want to take their golf clubs and were not that bothered about an amazing nightlife. Were not boring but we'd rather put the littlies to bed and have a drink where we're stopping. I don't know whether its best to go s/c or half board. There wouldn't be any arguements who would cook as the husbands can do it

Weve all been abroad before and have come to an age where we are all built for comfort rather than speed !

Any recommendations would be appreciated as were a bit stuck. My dads family lived in Naas, Co Kildare and I'd like to visit this area if I can.
Thanks in advance
