You will be able to get your rubber shoes should you need them at the Hilton . there is a shop there that sells that sort of thing + one over the road outside the gates . Never been to the outside one but dont pay the price the bloke at the hilton quotes you . im sure he doubles everything

You can NOT walk into the sea because of coral. you enter sea by jetty with ladder. You might need shoes if you go out of hotel but at hilton sharks bay you don't

you can buy them in the shop but not sure how good they are . They will probably leak . Probably better to buy before you go or use the ones from the dive centre you can get them as part of your A/I and they are decent masks and snorkels. you will need to leave a deposit tho.

Ransom - I would always get a decent mask. Might cost a few quid (£20-30) but well worth it. The dive centres in Egypt will sell them or find one here before you go. Then they'll help you make sure it fits and tell you how to prepare it for use. Snorkel is just a plastic tube (for most people - some have fancy ones) - so you can get a cheap one.
