We are planning to go to Churchill in October 2008 to see Polar Bears in the wild. Has anyone on here already done this? If so I would really welcome some info on who you went with and what you did/didn't like about the tour you chose. I've found quite a few companies via the internet and am looking at package prices versus booking the flights and tour separately. I know it's likely to cost us up to £3k each so I want to make sure that we get the best tour. I would also be interested in views on the best time to go (ie early/mid/late October).
