Hi All,
I have a family Hol booked for Mid June. We have booked on the cheap with Teletext, tour operator is Medinland.
The Hol was booked on the back of 2 separate recommendations, so we bit the bullet.
However, in doing so, both parties who recommended the Hotel, queried our Tour Operator, specifically with regard to the use of the Kids Clubs.
I'm now led to believe that Airtours, Firstchoice and Cosmos are the bigger tour operators who use the Hotel and who operate Kids Clubs, along with several smaller tour operators such as ours.
My question is - will our kids be able to use any of the kids clubs? It's fairly important for us and helps break up the day as we have 4 kids 4 - 12 years.
Anyone who can provide some feedback would be much appreciated. I have posted specific to the Hotel, but thought perhaps a generic question not related to our hotel would also be a good place for info/past experience.
Can we use another tour operators kids club?, would it incur any additional charges, have you done this before.
Really looking to see if anyone else had been in our position in the past and how they got on.
Just trying to establish if our kids will get to use a kids club, even though we have used a lesser known/different tour operator. Fingers crossed we can or at least I can explain to the kids that they can't before going, to avoid dissapointment at the Hotel.
Sorry for the question being so lengthy, I look forward to any replies.

Does the company you are travelling with not have there own kids clubs.
If it is an Airtours, Firstchoice and Cosmos kids club you will not be able to use it.
If it is the hotels own run kids club you will be able to use it.
You were spot on. However and definately worth sharing..............
Called Firstchoice cust services, who confirmed to not using their kids club. Stuck my neck out and had a nice chat with the lady and asked what the chances would be of using it seeing as I was flying with First Choice, so a customer in that respect. Put me on hold and came back with a yes and an email to print out and present to the kids club staff. Happy days and a pleasing result.
Thanks for the input and this may help someone else.
That's great news Ian, hope they will go in it after all this trouble
Nice one, just shows if you dont ask you dont get.
Wow, what a result!! Also really nice to hear something good about a tour operator for a change.
