Nile Cruise - MS Orchid

Hi, I'm thinking of booking a 7 night nile cruise with First Choice on the MS Orchid in August. I've never been to Egypt before so am quite unsure...... does anyone have any experience of this boat, and/or cruising in general? Any info gratefully received, thanks, ceecee
