Got back 2 days ago and the weather has been superb. Mid-High 80s all week.

However, on the last day the wind really was picking up. Anything that wasnt tied down was blown into the pool. I hope im wrong but thats normally a sign of a storm on the way.

The BBC shows a cloudy day for the first time in 2 weeks too

Looks like you were very lucky with the weather! Just my luck that it's getting worse closer to my holiday, grrrr!!

Hopefully the bad weather wont last long? I've never been to Majorca so don't know what it's like, but other places I've been it's just a quick storm then all hot and sunny again. Fingers crossed it's like that!!

I go on Sat so hoping for good weather. Forecasts are never accurate I have also seen the 10 day forecast but prefer to look from my balcony and see what the day brings. nothing is going to spoil my holiday I just won't let it !!! CBG

also going to majorca puerto pollensa to be precise on the 24th from humberside, i have found with the 10 day forecasts is they change from day to day ie next thursday will probably be different again in a day or 2

Still has time to change - wunderground.com and uk.weather.com are pretty good - the latter you need to enter palma de mallorca for majorca weather.

Have fab time - it they're scattered thunderstorms you may not even see one. They tend to come and go pretty quickly too. That'll be the time to cool down in the bar with a long cool drink!
