Colintan ... I can see a Tina's Bar listed as being on Calle San Miguel in Torremolinos, but I haven't been able to trace any phone number so far. That is not unusual with Spanish bars, as owners often just rely on mobile phones rather than landlines.

Depending on the nature of the emergency and your suspicions, you may want to contact the British Consulate in Malaga on 952 352300, or the Local Police in Torremolinos on 952 381422.
