Go to this map and click on East on the compass 8 times. The Brisa Sol will be in the centre of the map. Click on North twice, then on Advertisers to get rid of them, then on Streets and Roads. Quinta da Bellavista is somewhere near where the Rua da Palmeira joins the Avenida da Belavista. So you're only a short walk apart.
