Hi Helen dont know if you know but First Choice also do a greece brochure.
I think this might already be in as they normally get the next year in April.

I'm not sure I'd call Kosmar a Greek specialist any more, since it was bought out by Excel - its website now shows anywhere from Egypt to the Canaries! There are other smaller "specialist" companies like Ionian Island Holidays, though they do tend to be a bit dearer and I don't think their brochure come out until much later in the year.

Some of the main stream brochures from the larger companies are out but the more specific brochure such as Greece aren't out yet.
I was in thomas Cook yesterday and the girl phoned up a couple of tour operators and she was told they should be out in about 2 weeks.

I have found from past experiance that the more specialist Greece brochure tend to be later in the year.
