I think they are Lm1.55 or Lm 1.60 per pack - they shouldn't charge extra for credit card (don't think they can legally), but they might refuse payment on a cc as the margins on fags are low.

If you buy fags by the carton, some places will knock 5c per pack off for cash, or accept cc
