I'm looking to go away for a week in October from 15th onwards.
As it's only for a week we want somewhere in Europe where it'll still be warm and sunny (I need a tan for my 40th ), no more than a 5 hour flight and where there'll still be plenty of things open/to do.
We don't fancy the Canaries/Tenerife and have already been to Cyprus at that time of year - has anyone got any other suggestions?
Thanks
Crete will be the warmest of the Greek islands
From what I've heard, Egypt is HOT all year round and not much further than Cyprus as far as flight times go.

My daughter had a brilliant deal for the end of September at the Hilton in Sharm. She says its the best holiday she's ever had!
Can only echo everyone else and suggest Egypt!!!!
Red Sea from me too. Everyone who goes there seems to book to go back. The hotels are of a high standard so whilst not cheap it's good value, and the weather is great. Lots of choices of hotels from B&B to AI and Namma Bay is good for eating out.
